The Trail Alliance of Southern Utah (TASU) is a mountain biking access and trails advocacy non-profit organization. Founded in 2010, TASU is located in Washington County, Utah, home to world-class destination mountain bike trails.

Our mission at TASU is to create, enhance and protect world-class recreational trail experiences for mountain bikers and other trail enthusiasts in the Southern Utah region.

As passionate and committed trail riders and builders, we recognize the need to balance the use, expansion and preservation of the unique natural resources at our doorstep. To put it plainly, with the amount of use our trails endure, someone has to take care of them!!
We humbly serve our local, national and global mountain bike enthusiasts. We couldn’t fulfill our mission without our valued partners and sponsors.

Activities
Through partnerships, advocacy, education, government relations, fundraising, design and construction, TASU builds community commitment to the creation and preservation of trails that deliver sustainable, high-quality experiences for trail enthusiasts of all ages and abilities.
At TASU, we:
- Collaborate with government and private entities and other trail organizations
- Build world-class trail networks that provides opportunities for all abilities, interests, and skill levels
- Assist in the planning, design, and construction of new trails and trail opportunities in the area
- Assist in maintaining current and future trails infrastructure, including preserving the trail objectives for which each trail was created
- Educate current and future mountain bikers and other trails users on proper etiquette and trail sustainability
- Provide the opportunity for community ownership in the trails system, including adopt-a-trail programs, scout and church projects, and other volunteer opportunities

TASU is a 501c3 AND an affiliate of the Internation Mountain Bicycling Assocaition (IMBA)
TASU became a Chapter of IMBA on June 17, 2012. This cooperative relationship allows TASU and IMBA to share members and pool resources to provide more on the ground projects while minimizing overhead and administrative costs.
